fear of flying is something so many people deal with. Just thinking about what
could happen while in flight or being inside the enclosed space can be too much

You're not alone. Nearly seven percent of people have what's called aerophobia,
according to Statistic Brain. And recent news events, including a yet-to-be
found Malaysia Airlines flight and another Malaysia Airline plane shot down
over Ukraine, killing 298 people, haven't done much to ease
those worries.
